For one serving:
2 Kale leaves
1 Tbsp. of UDO’s oil or flax seed oil
1 medium organic orange or grapefruit or pear
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp. Goji berries or unsweetened cranberries
The juice of one lime
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Hemp hearts
Cut kale with hands and place it in a bowl. Rub kale with UOD’s oil and let it rest for 15 minutes. Shop orange in small square pieces and integrated the rest of the ingredients with the kale (except for the hemp hearts). Let sit all the ingredients for another 15 minutes to allow flavours to blend. Serve and use the hemp to garnish your salad. Enjoy!
