Patricia Dominguez RHNN, LC

Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach and a Raw Food consultant

The inspiration for Integrated Nutrition Canada grew out of founder Patricia Dominguez’s life-long experience of natural, healthy living.

Growing up in Mexico, with its rich variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, she gained an appreciation for good nutrition from an early age. Her parents and grandparents were involved in the hospitality industry, and she has fond memories of the aromas and flavours of the fresh local food they prepared.

Prior to moving to Canada in 2002, Patricia obtained a law degree in Mexican Law and a counselling degree from the University of Tampa, Florida, USA. After her arrival to Canada, she worked in the legal field for 7 years and decided to make a career change. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC and became a Registered Holistic Natural Nutritionist.

Blending her passions, skills, education and experience, she focuses on helping people take control of their health by coaching them towards improved eating and healthier living habits. She offers services and programs that support individuals and corporate groups in their unique journey to optimal health.

“For me,” says Patricia, “There is nothing more rewarding than hearing my clients say how my nutrition and lifestyle recommendations have helped them to feel better and really enjoy life.”

Patricia lives in Maple Ridge, BC where she loves getting outdoors to explore the nearby forests and parks. Her passion for health and fitness has motivated her to compete in many half-marathons, full marathons and other races. An active member of her community, Patricia also teaches Spanish conversation classes at the local public library and organizes cultural events to demonstrate the folklore of her original country.
